Pritt Entertainment Group Wins Best Of Show At 2026 Akron American Advertising Awards

Pritt Entertainment Group (PEG) took home the Best of Show from the American Advertising Federation at the 2026 Akron American Advertising Awards, held on Friday, February 27, at the historic Akron Civic Theatre. Along with Best of Show, PEG took home 10 additional awards, including seven Gold ADDYs.

Best of Show winner, the 2025 Open Video, created in partnership with the NFL's Seattle Seahawks and BIG Creative, brought together video and special effects to activate “Nightmare Mode” inside Lumen Field during the Seahawks 2025 Super Bowl-winning season.

“Everything was done very, very well," said judge Elizabeth Morgan, SVP, Marketing, Y in Central Maryland. “The judges were in pretty quick agreement that this would be our best in show.”

The Seattle Seahawks 2025 Open Video also won three Gold ADDY Awards in the categories of Video Editing, Sound Design and Cinematography.

Additional Gold ADDY Awards were awarded to the D.C. United 2025 Open Video and Halftime Hype Video, both in Video Editing. The New York Rangers' 2025 Hype Video received Gold in Video Editing. The Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau’s Savor the Scenic in Summit commercial also earned a Video Editing Gold.

The Cleveland Monsters' Pregame Countdown received three Silver ADDY Awards for Sound Design and Animation, Special Effects and Motion Graphics, and in the Large Venue – Single category.

“Our team had a great year, and we were fortunate enough to work on some really incredible pieces,” said Ryan Pritt, PEG Co-Founder and President. "Our clients and partners are always so creative and collaborative, and it shows in the finished product."

Five judges from across the United States reviewed and assigned scores to the projects submitted to the Akron competition. Winners are forwarded to the District 5 awards, where they will compete against winners from clubs around Ohio and Kentucky, and then to national-level competitions taking place in the coming months.
